We Deliver by courier or you are welcome to collect. We post items every working day and aim to send out goods within 24 hours of purchase.

If you have not received your item within one week of purchase, please contact us, this will give us the opportunity to trace the parcel.

Return Policy:

Within 30 days of receipt you may return items purchased from us for a product refund. Please note shipping and handling is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you.

We will pay the return shipping if the error was ours.

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are opened.

Packing and Sending Your Return:
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number MUST be included with the return to get your refund.

We recommend that you use a courier with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.

Refunds: 

Refunds will be made via your original payment method and will incur a 15% admin fee.

Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement.

We can only refund the delivery cost if the return is a result of our error.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed on the site can be cancelled at any time and a full refund will be issued.
