Epifanes Rust Remover is a rust transformer based on water repellent polymers is non toxic and non flammable.
It stops corrosion, transforms rusted steel into a sound base for painting, promotes and improves the adhesion of the subsequent paint coat. 
Epifanes Rust Remover is no substitute for a primer or paint and is only advised to use as a solid base for any type of anti-corrosive primer. 
Can be applied on dry and moist (clean and rusted) steel substrates, above and below the waterline.
